Modularr is a trading name of Greg Goncalves, a sole trader based in Canterbury, Kent. Modularr is not a limited company and is not VAT registered. These terms apply whenever you order from us.

What we sell

We make made-to-measure alcove furniture and fitted storage, including alcove units, wardrobes, understairs storage, window seats, and shelves. You can have your order supplied as a kit, supplied assembled, or supplied and fitted, and optionally hand painted. Delivery and fitting are only available within 25 miles of Canterbury.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are given. You are responsible for the accuracy of any measurements you supply to us. For fitted jobs, we measure the space ourselves on site before building.

Payment

For supply-only orders, you pay in full when you place your order. For fitted orders, you pay in full for the furniture, painting and any extras when you order, and pay the fitting charge on completion of the work. Payments are taken through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Cancellation and returns

Every item we make is built to your own measurements. Because of this, once we have started cutting, orders cannot be cancelled and there are no returns for a change of mind. Made-to-measure goods like ours are exempt from the 14 day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Guarantee

We guarantee our furniture for 5 years against faults in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or paint you have applied yourself.

Governing law
